Opal Fibre Packaging Australia provides a full service offering in corrugated cardboard box packaging from design and product testing through to supply chain integration. We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join the team at our site in Athol Park (South Australia).

The key focus of this role will be to:

- Providing ongoing support to both internal and external stakeholders
- Management of cases within CRM system to achieve recommended close out times and effective resolution for customers
- Providing prompt communication to customers with regards to order status when required
- Ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction
- Developing strong ongoing relationships with customers

For this role we would ideally like you to have:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service and admin environment
- Experience in using CRM systems is required (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics experience would be highly regarded)
- Experience working in a manufacturing/ warehousing/ FMCG environment would be highly regarded
- Advanced level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
- Prioritization and problem-solving skills
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
