Production Worker (Ottoway)

**The role**

An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and hard-working person to join our Adbri Masonry team as a Production Operator based in **Ottoway, South Australi**a.

We have an opportunity to assist in the production of high-end quality Masonry products as part of a company which strives to maintain its position as a market leader. This full-time permanent role will require you to be versatile and be available for day and afternoon shifts with the possibility of weekend work.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure safety, health and environment standards are maintained
- Operate production line machinery and learn to oversee all areas of production on the site incorporating desired levels of quality, quality output, efficiencies, production techniques and costs
- Contribute to improved production techniques and system efficiencies
- Communicate a clear handover between shifts to other operators and the maintenance team
- High understanding of quality assurance/control, conducting routine quality inspections
- Perform manual physical work including product handling and pallet repairs
- Housekeeping and cleaning as required

**What you will need to succeed**
- Exhibit a strong commitment to environment, quality, health and wellbeing
- Experience in a masonry manufacturing environment
- Possess a proactive and positive attitude
- Strong mechanical aptitude and be process orientated
- Forklift High Risk Licence
