- “All Materials” Timber & Building Supplies is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch service to our trade & wholesale customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with order placement and ensure accuracy in product details.
- Coordinate with dispatch for timely and accurate order deliveries.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and collaborate with teams for solutions.
- Utilize MS Office, particularly Excel, for managing data and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Strong Excel formula skills are highly desirable.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:While timber or trade industry experience is a plus, we welcome new and eager learners.
- **MS Office**:Proficiency in MS Office, including strong Excel skills with formulas, is essential.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written skills.
- **Organization**: Solid multitasking abilities.
- **Team Player**:Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- **Reliability**:Punctuality and responsibility are key.

**Working Hours**:Usual working hours Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, with occasional weekend work as required.
