Join The Shoe Group as a Merchandise Allocator

We are looking for an experienced and hands on Merchandise Allocator to ensure the right stock is in the right stores at the right time to maximise sales and margin outcomes. This includes managing allocations, stock flow, and order processes while supporting visual merchandising and building strong feedback loops with stores. The role provides accurate reporting, identifies risks and opportunities, and supports the broader Planning and Buying teams in achieving sales and margin targets.

What you’ll be doing:

Allocate weekly stock and manage store ranges based on grade, size, and sales.

Monitor stock levels, keep bestsellers in store, and manage excess.

Analyse sales trends and identify risks and opportunities.

Support purchase orders, size packs, pricing info, and reporting.

Analyse daily and weekly sales trends, communicating under performance and recommending actions to improve sell-through.

Plan allocations around sales peaks such as school holidays and key trading events.

Build strong communication loops with stores and support process improvements.
