**About The Pointer People**

The Pointer People provide services to Real Estate Agencies throughout metropolitan Melbourne, including distribution of flyer drops into letterboxes using a community of walkers.

**About the Role**
- Work from home admin (5-15 hrs per week)
- flexible times of day to suit your schedule
- Casual employment offering $31 p/h plus 12% super
- Live in Northcote/Thornbury or nearby
- Have a safe and accessible front porch for walkers to collect flyers from you
- Immediate start

Each flyer drop is between 100 and 1000 flyers with the majority being 100-250 (small drops).

Occasionally you may need to bundle/repackage flyers to suit the allocations you make but in the majority of cases this is not required.

Occasional trips to client offices in the Inner North may be required to collect flyers (i.e. where not delivered directly to your home).

You will also be required to be involved to support the recruitment and onboarding of new walkers, including identifying when additional walkers may be required in the suburbs that you service. Responding to client enquiries and raising issues or questions and providing status updates to clients is also required.

Number of hours of work per week depends on the volume of drops received. Quiet weeks will see as little as 4-5 hours of work required and busy weeks will see as much as 15 hours of work.

**Eligibility & Experience**
- You must live in or near Northcote as this is a central location for our walkers to collect flyers from you. You must live in a home with a covered porch or similar that is accessible by walkers to collect flyers.
- Ideally you are willing and able to drive to Preston and Fitzroy to drop off flyers into storage lockers (occasionally as needed)
- This role is highly flexible and autonomous in how and when you work. You must therefore be a highly reliable and trustworthy individual
- Outstanding communication skills are essential
- This role is most ideal for people who are retired/semi-retired, or at home caring for children/others and can spare 2 hours per day to earn a side income
- Ideally you are flexible to support with larger flyer drops in your area (these are generally managed by another team member but local support from you may be required to help with logistics)
