We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced barista to join our rapid-paced, high-volume café located on Queens Parade, North Fitzroy.

Minimum 12 months' experience working on the coffee machine

Confidence in a high-volume coffee service workplace

A collaborative attitude, supporting fellow baristas and the wider team

A flexible, all-rounder approach to café operations

This role also involves:

Delivering outstanding customer service to a diverse and loyal customer base

Basic food preparation, food running, and operating the register

We're seeking someone who is enthusiastic about coffee and hospitality, and who thrives in a energetic team of skilled, industry-focused professionals.
