Piedimonte’s Supermarket, is a one-stop shop, serving the area of Fitzroy North and its surrounds offering services including grocery, fresh foods, liquor, general merchandise, cafe and newsagents.

The Role:

Piedimonte's Supermarket require an Administration / Bookkeeper all rounder.

Tasks will include. Preparing & reconciling weekly stock takes for various departments. Preparing weekly profit & loss reports for fresh foods departments. Supporting price and inventory files for two liquor departments. Calculating interstore transfers between stores. Maintaining daily produce prices.

•Check produce department invoices and update costs in spreadsheet. Answering the telephone (on a roster system) Answering the telephone (on a roster system)

Skills Required Excellent attention to detail Robust computer skills with minimum intermediate level excel experience Strong problem solving skills and time management of tasks. Ability to work autonomously Reliability & Honesty

Prior retail experience is preferred.

Full time position.

Employment will be subject to the General Retail Award 2020 and to appropriate level and penalties.
