Wholesale & Logistics Manager (Northcote)

We are looking for an organized individual with experience in management, who is capable of working both independently and in a team environment. The ideal person for this role is versatile and confident with a mix of strong admin and people skills. Confidence, adaptability and problem solving are key.

Main Responsibilities:

- To manage and grow our wholesale accounts
- To maintain a keen understanding of the All Are Welcome products
- To manage our delivery driver team, including creating rosters via Deputy and creating delivery routes
- To manage the logistics of our operations including; managing the master production files, creating/adjusting orders on software.
- To comfortably liaise with BOH management regarding changes to standing orders, new products and weekly specials
- To generate Wholesale account invoices and assist in business wide reporting
- To hire and onboard recent employees for the driver team when necessary
- To lead the delivery driver team and confidently take on drive shifts when needed (automatic and manual is essential)

Essential Skills:

- ADMIN WEAPON
- Management experience
- Strong soft Skills: Problem solving, communication, leadership
- Automatic and manual license (confidence in driving vans)
- Digital literacy and administration skills (bonus points if you have worked with Shopify, google suite and Adobe)
