Dental Assistant/receptionist/all Rounder (Northcote)

We are looking for a energetic,dedicated person to be the front face of our patient focused clinic.

Toothworks Dental has a vision to provide a modern, comfortable, judgement free space where dental treatment is provided to the highest clinical and ethical standards. The role is for a Receptionist who is happy learn the other dental task(Steri/Dental Assistant). As the first point of contact, you will represent the values of the practice and make our patients feel like valued members of the Toothworks dental family.

Should be able to work Monday and Tuesday.

**Your main role is**:

- Chair side assisting, getting patients ready for treatment
- Reception duties-answering phone enquiries professionally, greeting patients, making and confirming appointments, follow ups
- Processing health insurance claims and taking payments
- Instrument re processing and sterilisation
- Ensuring smooth, productive running of the daily schedule
