Are you interested in developing skills in both pelvic health and complex MSK? Whether you already have pelvic health experience or are looking to develop these skills with support, we would love to hear from you. This role offers the prospect to build expertise in complex pelvic presentations commonly associated with hypermobility and connective tissue disorders, including pelvic and pelvic girdle pain, bowel dysfunction and musculoskeletal conditions. There is also scope to develop skills in areas such as men’s health and paediatric continence. Our senior pelvic health physiotherapist and experienced MSK team provide extensive structured teaching, mentoring and collaborative clinical support to help you grow with confidence. We are not a high-throughput clinic. We believe complex clients deserve time — and clinicians deserve space to think. Why This Role Is Different

Part time considered The Clinic We have a reputation for providing premium musculoskeletal physiotherapy to the Northcote area for 20 years and have developed additional interests in hypermobility, clinical pilates, paediatrics and pelvic health. Our clients are loyal with a high-quality, predominantly private caseload. They are genuinely a pleasure to treat. Hypermobility and Dysautonomia are frequently under-diagnosed and under-served, yet clients are highly engaged and appreciative when provided with skilled, respectful care. Urogenital and gut issues affect more than 50% of this population. Working in this area offers the opportunity to create meaningful, long-term change for people who genuinely value thoughtful physiotherapy. - Want to make a meaningful impact on clients and colleagues You have:
- Strong diagnostic reasoning
- Excellent manual therapy and exercise prescription skills or the desire to develop these skills with support
- Commitment to evidence-guided practice
- Positive, collaborative approach
