Architectural Draftsperson (Braybrook)

_**Your role.**_
- This role reports to the Architectural Draftsperson and works in close conjunction with Construction & Pre-Construction teams. This role is critical in delivering detailed architectural drafting documentation, across medium density and one-off projects. If you're looking for variety, this is the role for you! Daily tasks include, but will not be limited to;_
- _Oversee external contractors, ensuring documentation is adequately detailed_
- _Documenting the full set of architectural drawings including required construction details and finishes, for an array of build methods, across development and retail projects _
- _Drafting Pre-Construction & Construction variations_
- _Experience in providing relevant sales & marketing plans_
- _Collaborate with all teams, including Sales, in identifying design solutions_
- _Research & ensure compliance with relevant codes and Shires _
- _Liaising with suppliers and consultants such as engineers and developers_
- _Participating in relevant support of pre-construction & construction teams_
- _Ongoing R&D; of products, procedures & detailing _
- SALARY
- $70,000.00 plus superannuation_

- _**ESSENTIAL **_- Minimum of 3+ years experience in a similar role_
- _Relevant Drafting qualifications _
- _Experience across multi-unit developments _
- _Experience across kitchen methods desirable_
- _High level understanding of building regulations_
- _ArchiCAD experience_
- _High attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines_
