**The opportunity**
Greater Western Water is looking for a dynamic Architecture Practice Manager to drive its enterprise architecture vision. You’ll lead a team of architects, align tech strategy with business goals, and deliver smart, scalable solutions. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll shape the digital roadmap, set architecture standards, and ensure future-ready, cost-effective IT outcomes.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of architects.
- Build and manage the Architecture Centre of Excellence (CoE).
- Align IT architecture with business strategy and goals.
- Develop and communicate a clear architecture vision and lead the development and implementation of the architecture vision and strategy
- Define and maintain enterprise-wide architecture and roadmaps.
- Set and enforce architecture standards, frameworks, and governance.
- Translate business needs into scalable, compliant technical designs.
- Identify and drive adoption of emerging technologies.
- Manage technology risks, including technical debt and system integration.
**Skills & Experience**
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence stakeholders including C-level executives.
- Skilled at managing priorities and deadlines in a rapid-changing environment.
- Ability to develop and articulate a clear technology architecture vision.
- Experience in enterprise and/or solution architecture roles.
- Deep knowledge of architecture practices, methodologies, and governance.
