**Role Overview** As the Assistant Customer Service Manager at our Footscray warehouse, you will be pivotal in supporting our Online Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading and coordinating the customer service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Managing the back-end functions of our customer service website.
- Assisting and overseeing the In-Store Fulfillment feature.
- Communicating effectively with both internal and external contacts to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Preparing customer orders with meticulous detail and accuracy.
- Performing general administrative tasks to support the Online store's smooth operation.
- Implementing stock control measures and processing online returns.

**What We're Looking For**
- Prior experience in a similar role, showcasing your understanding of online customer service.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities to handle a variety of tasks.
- Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
