THE POSITION
- Supervise and support the material distribution team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee stock levels, ensuring critical supplies are always available.
- Coordinate the timely and accurate delivery of materials across hospital departments.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and clinical teams to meet hospital needs.

THE PERSON
- Previous experience leading a team in logistics, supply chain, or healthcare operations.
- Experience working in a hospital, healthcare facility, or a related logistics environment.
- Understanding of hospital or industry regulations for handling medical supplies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including clinical and procurement staff.
- Must have or is able to obtain a National Police Clearance.
