CITO Logistics is a well-established transport and logistics company operating since 2003. The company provides integrated freight, warehousing, and supply chain services to importers, exporters, freight forwarders, and commercial clients across Australia.
With a modern logistics facility, extensive transport fleet, and growing operations, the company is seeking an experienced and organised Office Manager to support daily business operations and administrative management.
About the Role The Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the business and support coordination between management, warehouse staff, transport operations, clients, and suppliers.
This role requires strong organisational ability, communication skills, and experience managing office systems within a rapid-paced logistics or transport environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily office administration and operational support
· Coordinate office procedures, schedules, and company communications
· Liaise with clients, freight forwarders, suppliers, and transport partners
· Maintain company records, invoices, contracts, and operational documentation
· Support payroll, accounts administration, and procurement coordination
· Assist management with reporting, compliance, and business administration
· Coordinate staff rosters, onboarding, and internal administration
· Monitor office supplies, equipment, and workplace resources
· Ensure documentation and business processes comply with company policies
· Support warehouse and logistics teams with administrative coordination
Skills & Experience
· Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role
· Strong organisational and multitasking skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
· Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office administration systems
· Experience within transport, logistics, warehousing, or freight industries is highly regarded
· Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Knowledge of invoicing, scheduling, and customer service processes
