Position Overview:

As Office Administrator, you'll contribute to operational excellence within our supportive team, playing a crucial role in supporting our Country Manager and Finance Manager in various organisational and administrative tasks, offering room for personal and qualified growth.

Responsibilities:

Support the Country Manager and Finance Manager with organisational tasks and administrative duties.

Handle logistics and administrative aspects related to event organization.

Assist with human resources tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.

Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transfers.

Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Draft and send out communications on behalf of the Management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

HR Experience with knowledge of Australian fair work rules and laws is essential.

Need to be a Permanent Resident or an Australian Citizen with full working rights in Australia.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
