Customer Service Manager Footscray

About the job:

VeiraMal Consulting is currently looking for an enthusiastic individual, who has robust communication skills and working well in a team to join our client, WESTERN GENERAL BODYWORKS in Footscray as a Customer Service Manager.

The responsibility will include:

Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the service and repair teams to ensure timely and accurate communication with customers regarding repair estimates, status updates, and completion timelines.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests.

Conduct regular performance evaluations of customer service staff and provide feedback for improvement.

Skills required:

Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence.

Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in the automotive industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, employees, and vendors.

Remuneration: $100,000 plus super
