Site Manager - Caragabal

As the Site Manager of our Caragabal site (travel to other sites is also a requirement), you'll supervise a small team of Grain Handlers and perform a wide range of activities involved in the safe and efficient receival, storage and outload of commodities: Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities of the team; coach and support development of team members
- Get to know, understand and apply our enterprise agreement and people processes
- Develop and maintain close relationships with local growers, customers, and the local community
- Coordinate and prepare for area maintenance and pest control teams to deliver required services
- Identify and report on maintenance requirements and maintain site presentation and standards
- Manage programmes and initiatives related to safety ('zero harm' culture) and risk management. You'll succeed in this role if you've had experience in plant operations (ideally the Grain industry) and:
- Experience supervising, supporting and developing workgroups / individuals
- Ability and willingness to work flexible schedule to meet operational demands
- Capacity to work at heights and in confined spaces
