The Role As an Underground Shift Supervisor at Cowal Gold Mine—the largest project Redpath has ever undertaken—you’ll be the driving force behind daily underground operations. This is a five‑year full‑time contract with strong potential for extension. The role involves leading crews, allocating resources, upholding safety and quality standards, and working across both production and development on a major long‑life project. You’ll work on an even‑time 2/2 roster, giving you genuine work‑life balance. What You’ll Get

- Plan and coordinate shift tasks with site leadership
- Allocate machinery and work areas
- Supervise, mentor, and support underground crews
- Ensure compliance with SWIs, mine plans, and Redpath standards
- Complete shift reports, timesheets, and operational documentationChampion safety, environmental, and quality performance
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions Qualifications
- NSW Supervisory Ticket
- Underground hard‑rock mining experience
- Relevant licences and certifications
- Manual driver’s licence
