Personal Assitance Female Support Workers Required (Corinella)

Seven Angels Care And Support Services is a NDIS registered company and looking for experienced Female support care worker with well experience in Community Access support work**.**The company is specialized in delivering compassionate and professional support services under the **NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme)**. The organization is deeply committed to promoting the **physical, social, and mental well-being** of individuals, families, and communities.

**General duties include;**
- **Personal Care**: Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- **Companionship**: Provide emotional support, engage clients in social activities, and ensure their comfort and safety during outings.
- **Appointments**: Support clients with scheduling and attending doctor appointments, specialized clinical visits, and managing follow-ups, prescriptions, and other post-appointment requirements
- **Mobility Assistance**: Helping with walking, transferring, or using mobility aids as needed.
- **Monitoring Well-being**: Observing and reporting changes in health or behavior to relevant healthcare professionals or family members.

- A positive, reliable, empathetic approach to support people of all ages and backgrounds living with a disability
- Availability and to be reliable & punctual.
- Explicit and effective communication skills
- Ability to engage positively with a variety of personality types
- Ability to fulfill shift duties and have excellent time management skills
- Have appropriate visa to work in Australia
- Have an empathetic and understanding approach to providing care to people with complex needs including mental health

**Required qualifications**
- **Victorian Full drivers' license or valid Australian license.**:

- **Comprehensive Car Insurance /Third party insurance**:

- **Reliable and Clean vehicle**:

- **Qualification
- III/IV certificate**:

- Current Police check within the last 12 months or willingness to obtain prior to employment
- Working with Children Check (WWC)
- NDIS worker screening check (NDIS-WC)
- Smart phone with the ability to install apps
- Current first aid/CPR certificate
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate or Immunization evidence
- Students encouraged to apply
