Safety Systems Administrator Location Negotiable Are you passionate about implementing systems that make a real difference to safety outcomes? AGnVET is seeking a Safety Systems Administrator to support the implementation, administration and continuous improvement of our safety and contractor management systems across the organisation. About the role This role is responsible for the ongoing implementation, enhancement and day‑to‑day management of LinkSafe and SafetyCulture, our contractor management and safety management systems. The role focuses on ensuring these systems are effectively configured, supported and embedded across the business, while providing reliable data, reporting and user support. Key responsibilities
- Lead administration, rollout and optimisation of the LinkSafe Contractor Management System and SafetyCulture, including upgrades and new modules
- Configure and maintain system functionality, including workflows, forms, access controls, data accuracy, governance and compliance
- Provide frontline system support and training for employees, contractors and stakeholders
- Develop reporting, dashboards and insights to support safety, contractor management, compliance and audit requirements Skills and experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience administering and supporting business systems, with exposure to SafetyCulture and / or LinkSafe systems desirable (but not essential)
- Strong capability in system implementation, configuration and user training
