Medical Receptionist (Green Point)

We are located Green Point, our practice is currently looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team to work at Green Point Medical Centre and GP Family Medical which are located next to each other . We are an action-orientated medical practice characterised by commitment and achievement. We strive to attract people who will help take our business to new levels. The person that we are looking to fill this position will possess excellent people skills and the ability to create a good rapport with others. We are looking for someone with passion and commitment to the role. Position Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and work as a team
- Organisational skills, the able to multi-task and prioritise tasks
- Previous administration / reception experience
- Detail oriented
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience in Best Practicesoftware is an advantage but not essential
- Experience with Microsoft programmes including Word and Excel
- Passion for excellence Previous Medical Reception experience is an advantage but not essential, however a can-do attitude and flexibility with working hours is required. Training will be provided and ongoing support. Shifts available for 2 days per week must be able to start at 8am and also available to finish at 6pm, Flexibility is required in order to cover other staff members leave.
