You’ll play a key role in ensuring every person who enters the centre feels safe, welcome, and supported. What You’ll Do This is more than a security role, it’s a role with purpose and impact. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing a strong security presence with exceptional customer service
- Supporting tenants, guests, and visitors professionally
- Conducting foot patrols and proactive safety awareness
- Managing access control and responding to client requests
- Responding confidently to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
- Building positive relationships with retail partners and centre management
- Completing clear incident reports and daily logs using digital systems
- Maintaining a high standard of presentation and communication What You’ll Bring To succeed with Assetlink, you’ll need:
- A valid NSW Full Security Licence
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional presentation and confidence dealing with the public
- Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work across a rotating 7-day roster
- Full working rights in Australia Retail security experience is an advantage, but not essential. We invest in training the right people with the right attitude.
