This is an excellent opportunity for qualified, friendly and skilled Aquatic Operations Coordinator to join the team and lead our aquatics team! The successful candidate will work across both Manning Leisure Centre and Great Lakes Aquatic and Leisure Centres. Key Accountabilities
- Have a qualification in OH&S;
- Ensure all emergency equipment is in good working condition
- Support the Aquatic Operations Manager in investigating accidents and incidents
- Monitor OHS, risk and environment performance and initiate actions to improve performance
- Implement hazard and environment inspections, risk assessments, risk controls and corrective actions, ensuring all records are kept
- Manage budgets and prepare required reports
- Maintain NPS and mystery shop scores in line with KPIs adopted by Belgravia Leisure Qualifications and Experience You will have a passion for aquatic operations and delivering a safe environment to both staff and patrons. You will have the ability to create and maintain all relevant documentation in relation to safety and hazard minimisation. You have strong communication skills that build rapport and positive relationships with people and a commitment to operational excellence. Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to interact effectively and build positive relationships with all operational staff and contractors. To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an aquatic operations setting and demonstrated ability to lead a team. You possess values such as integrity, excellence, courage, openness, respect, leadership and accountability.
