Sales Support and Administration – New Resort Project | Forster Serenitas | Thyme Lifestyle Resorts Full-time | $80,000 Incl Super + Bonus Assist in property sales while helping bring a brand-new community to life We’re seeking a motivated and highly organised Sales Associate to join us at the launch of a new Thyme Lifestyle Resort in Forster. This is a unique chance to be part of a project from the very beginning—supporting sales success while helping shape a welcoming, thriving community for future homeowners. Working alongside the Sales Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in delivering a seamless and professional customer experience and providing sales support. About the Role This is a hands-on support role ideal for someone looking to work in residential property sales. You’ll be at the centre of daily sales activity; coordinating enquiries, maintaining the CRM and supporting prospective homeowners through their journey. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for enquiries and visitors, creating a warm and professional first impression Provide day-to-day administrative and CRM support, including scheduling, data entry, and follow-ups Assist with contracts, documentation, and settlement processes (with guidance) Support the Sales Consultant in driving enquiry through to conversion Maintain presentation of the sales office and displays to a high standard Coordinate and support marketing activities and community engagement initiatives Assist prospective homeowners throughout their decision-making journey Contribute insights to enhance customer experience and sales performance Provide occasional weekend support or event assistance What You Bring 2+ years’ experience in customer service, administration, or sales support Strong communication and relationship-building skills High attention to detail with excellent organisational capability Confident using systems/CRM (or quick to learn) A proactive, positive attitude with a team-first mindset Genuine interest in property and helping create great customer experiences Driver’s licence (essential) Desirable Exposure to residential, retirement, or lifestyle community sales NSW Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Serenitas?
