Description
As a support specialist, you'll gain unique insights into the Tanda customer journey and how our software is used across various industries. Previous team members have moved into leadership, technical, and other customer-facing roles. Robust analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
Core Responsibilities:
Help customers utilise the full suite of Tanda features
Collaborate with support and product engineers to escalate technical requests
Identify customer trends and inform product and sales teams
Work with the Head of Customer Success to improve the way we support our users
Please note this is on-site role
About You:
Experience in a customer-facing role such as help desk or front-line customer service
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in easy terms
Excellent problem-solving skills
Demonstrated passion for learning new technologies
Interest in people
