Our Member Experience Contact Centre plays a crucial role in delivering the high‑quality service we’re known for, and we’re looking for passionate Customer Service Officers to join our supportive team.

This role is ideal for someone who loves helping people, thrives in a fast‑paced setting, and takes pride in delivering exceptional member experiences.

We have a fixed-term part-time opportunity available for 6 months.

In this role, you will:


- Provide high‑quality service to our members over the phone and via email
- Deliver clear, accurate information about our products, benefits and policies
- Support members with claims, enquiries and general assistance
- Navigate multiple systems accurately and efficiently
- Promote our products and services using plain, member‑friendly language
- Work with team members to share knowledge, support workloads and enhance member outcomes
- Contribute to key performance indicators, including first‑call resolution and member satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve service and support our members proactively What do I need?

To succeed in this role, you will need:


- Customer service experience
- contact centre, hospitality or retail are highly regarded
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to hold engaging, confident conversations with members
- Experience navigating multiple systems in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work part-time hours (25.5 hours) Monday to Friday, varied shifts between 9AM to 3PM. Experience in Private Health Insurance (PHI) or complex service environments will be highly regarded but is not essential. We’ll give you all the right training!
