You will
- Be creative and resourceful in sourcing top talent through talent pools and alternative channels.
- Collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders such as workforce management, injury management, operations and HR services.
What you'll bring
- Previous experience in a Recruitment, HR, people or operations management role within a large or dynamic business.
- Exceptional customer service experience, with a focus on adaptability, prioritisation and a can-do attitude.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage competing workloads and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams). Previous experience working with a recruitment ATS is advantageous, but not essential.
- Two COVID-19 Vaccinations (required).
