**Position: Event Planner**

**Salary: $ 70,000

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential clients in relation to cocktails parties, workshops, weddings through effective promotional strategies
- Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and preferences
- Manage all aspects of the event planning process, including venue identification, menu development, printing and design of materials and budget tracking
- Maintain client communications to meet expectations, as well as negotiate contracts as required
- Manage vendor and subcontractors’ relationships
- Address inquiries regarding services offered, catering, pricing for rooms and equipment rentals, and other associated services.
- Create summary reports of each event outlining how data gathered from current events can be used to develop successful future events

**Skills & Qualifications**: Relevant qualification and at least 2 years of work experience or 3 years of relevant experience in similar roles.

**Salary**: $70,000.00
- $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:
