We’re currently seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator to join our friendly team at Villa Maria Fortitude Valley. Reporting to the Administration Manager, this is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll provide exceptional customer service, support day-to-day operations, and manage rosters to ensure smooth running of the home. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver professional administrative support to the home leadership team
- Assist with publishing of fortnightly rosters, ensuring all shifts are appropriately filled
- Assist with room occupancy coordination
- Create a welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our community
About You
- A compassionate nature and genuine passion for supporting older people
- Proven administrative experience in a busy, fast-paced setting
- Certificate II or III in Business Administration (or similar qualification)
- Experience using Humanforce for rostering (highly regarded)
- Strong computer skills, including intermediate-advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (testing required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Willing to obtain a Police Check and NDIS Clearance
