A outstanding opportunity is available for an experienced Parts professional to join our Newstead based Trade team as a Parts Advisor.

In this role you will maximise phone and Online sales opportunities by providing professional product advice and exemplary customer service to our extensive B2B customer base throughout Queensland.

Utilising your industry knowledge and experience, you will be a key contributor to the Department's continued commercial success.

**Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to**:

- Ensuring all customer orders for parts are interpreted correctly and dispatched promptly.
- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
- Monitoring, responding and maintaining Partscheck orders, credits and quotations within a timely manner..
- Keeping fully abreast of changes in products, technology and manufacturers expectations utilising OEM Training modules and Face to face course content.
