Medical Receptionist (New Farm)

**About the Role**

You will be joining our Administration team and be responsible for providing a comprehensive customer focused service to all aspects of the sessional suites.

You will effectively undertake administrative duties. Providing a high level of customer service to all staff, patients and families, you will be committed to maintaining effective interpersonal relationships and work in harmony with a collaborative and constructive team.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, ideally in a mental health/psychiatry setting
- A positive and welcoming customer service skillset
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team
- Experience with patient management systems (Meditech) will be highly regarded
- Robust computer skills with a clear understanding of the MS Office suite
- Any relevant administrative qualifications will be highly regarded
