Commis Chef New Farm

EXPERIENCED CHEF

We are seeking an Experienced Chef to join our team in our full À La Carte busy kitchen at Recent Farm Seafood. The role will include the day to day operations of our kitchen that produces meals for over 90 seats and more for takeaway. We also have an equally busy Fresh Seafood Market.

ABOUT YOU Minimum 2 years experience as a Commis Chef Be able to work autonomously and manage time critical tasks Have a solid understanding of best practice hospitality procedures Must have a Food Safety Certificate MUST LIVE IN BRISBANE

THE ROLE

· Max 24 hrs per week and weekend work is required

· Team Player

· Excellent Communication Skills

· High Work Ethic

· Full Time

· Starting at Level 2 award wage

· 3 month probation

· Yearly review
