We are currently on the lookout for a vibrant and superstar Cocktail Bartender to join our team at the brand new Comuna Newstead. What you'll be doing
- Preparing and serving a wide range of classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well‑stocked bar area
- Adhering to all relevant health, safety and liquor licensing regulations
- Supporting the bar management team with inventory, stock management and other operational tasks What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a cocktail bartender in a similar high‑volume, rapid‑paced environment
- Thorough knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes and techniques
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to a vibrant, lively atmosphere
