About the Role We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our friendly, patient-focused, busy and growing practice in Newstead, QLD. This is a casual role working approximately 27 hours across 3 days per week, with an immediate start available. What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures
- Chairside assisting, including suction, instrument transfer, and patient support
- Maintaining sterilisation and infection control standards
- Managing and updating patient records using practice management software
- Assisting with reception duties when required, including greeting patients and answering calls What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Dental Assistant
- Experience with dental software such as EXACT (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Professional presentation and a genuine passion for patient care
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented attitude What We Offer
