THE ROLE:

Build and maintain client relationships, ensure quality service, prioritise client satisfaction, maintain brand standards and drive growth.

Manage contracts and additional service requests, ensuring client retention and understanding contract terms.

Manage food and goods costs across multiple sites, optimise ordering, inventory, waste, portions, and pricing.

Effectively oversee multi-site finances within budget, optimising staffing, stock, revenue, and service levels.

Lead and manage teams with expertise in recruitment and staff induction for seamless integration and performance excellence.

THE PERSON:

Demonstrated experience in a similar role.

Exposure to the healthcare industry is desirable.

Robust commercial acumen with the ability to manage a budget.

Excellent communication and personal skills, evidence of building successful business relationships at a senior level.

Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to build effective, engaged, and motivated teams.

National Police clearance, COVID vaccinations and current flu vaccination are mandatory requirements of this role.
