Afternoon and Saturday Nanny Educator | Mount Eliza VIC | NMERT Location: Mount Eliza VIC Schedule: 3:15pm to 8:30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm every Saturday. Start Date: ASAP About the Family The family are seeking a compassionate and highly organised professional to provide intensive, hands-on support to a family experiencing complex care needs following significant life changes. This role requires a dedicated individual who can coordinate care, support children with diverse needs, and assist in maintaining a stable and secure home environment. Key Responsibilities Provide caring, day-to-day support for the child/children, ensuring they feel secure, valued, and supported Help guide daily routines including sleep, play, and overall wellbeing Offer patient and understanding support to children who may need a little extra care, reassurance, or help managing big feelings Support children through occasional challenges such as unsettled sleep or emotional moments, using a calm and consistent approach Keep clear and simple communication with the family, including updates on routines and progress Contribute to a warm, structured, and nurturing home environment where children can thrive Ideal Educator Profile The family is seeking someone who is: Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and behavioural support strategies preferred but not mad Ability to manage complex and sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism Excellent organisational and communication skills Confidence working independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders Patience, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Certificate III in children services If interested submit your application form here: Benefits for you:

- Regular professional development sessions. You will have:
- A minimum 3 years' full-time experience in the Childcare Industry working as a Nanny, Child Carer, Child Educator or in similar positions
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate issued in Australia
- Current Victorian Working With Children Check for Employees
- National Police Clearance issued within 12 months in Australia
- Permanent Australian residency or a valid working visa
- Flexibility, commitment and a great work ethic
