**What You Will Be Doing** This position is responsible for providing the initial point of contact for users submitting an incident or request for service to the IT Service Desk.
Position Description
**What You Need** We anticipate you will have:
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Windows Operating Systems
- Excellent knowledge and experience of User Provisioning (MS Active Directory / MS Exchange)
- Experience working in an ITIL based service delivery environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

**Additional Requirements**
- Please refer to salary circular for HEALTH AND ALLIED SERVICES, MANAGERS AND ADMINISTRATIVE WORKERS (VICTORIAN PUBLIC SECTOR) (SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021-2025 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
