**What You Will Be Doing**

This is a permanent, full time Grade 2 Social Work role based at Frankston Hospital. The Social Worker will provide Social Work services across both inpatient and outpatient settings in the areas of antenatal care, perinatal mental health, Women’s Health Unit, Special Care Nursery & Children’s Ward. The Social Worker is part of dedicated teams making a meaningful contribution to the care of birthing parents, infants, children and families. The Social Worker works closely with multi-disciplinary colleagues as well as community organisations. This role includes providing consultation, supervision and guidance to Grade 1 Social Workers on rotation and field education to Social Work students.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have: You will need to hold a Bachelor Degree or Qualifying Masters in Social Work and two years of relevant work experience post graduation. Post graduate studies are highly regarded and may be eligible for a higher education allowance.
- As a multi-site organisation you may be required to work across sites. You will have access to our extensive pool of fleet cars and will need a Victorian Drivers licence.

**Additional Requirements**

*Please refer to salary circular ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS (VICTORIAN PUBLIC SECTOR) (SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021- 2026 for Salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
