THE POSITION
Maintain a visible, proactive presence to promote a calm, protected hospital environment.
Use professional judgment and situational awareness to respond to incidents.
De-escalate challenging situations with a respectful, people-focused approach.
Conduct regular patrols and follow established safety protocols.
THE PERSON- Have experience in security, emergency response, defence, or law enforcement.
Are confident, resilient, and able to communicate clearly under pressure.
Hold relevant security qualifications and a valid Private Security Individual Licence.
National Police Check.
Working with Children Check.
First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011).
