We specialise in renovations and extensions, and we have built a reputation for quality craftsmanship and a seamless client experience. We are now looking for a qualified carpenter and third or fourth year apprentices to grow with us — people who take their work seriously but don't take themselves too seriously. What we stand for

You will be on the tools across all stages of a residential build — from foundations through to fit-off — working alongside trades and clients alike. Independence is key. We want someone who can back their skills, solve problems on the go, and represent the business with pride. There is also a clear path to team leader and mentoring as we grow. What we are looking for
- Freshly qualified carpenter or 3rd/4th year apprentice
- Confident reading and interpreting plans
- Robust problem-solving on the go
- Punctual, organised and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic and not afraid to have a go
- Comfortable working independently
- Communicates well and respectfully with clients and trades
- Keen to work and learn
