**The opportunity**

Would you like a fun, flexible and impactful administrative role with a great team supporting you? Do you have a passion for making a real difference in young people’s lives? An exciting opportunity has presented itself at Kingswim Frankston. We are seeking an engaging, friendly, and enthusiastic customer-focused receptionist. Our reception team play a vital part of ongoing communication and customer service to all our families.

Kingswim Frankston has an enjoyable and vibrant work environment best suited to an initiative driven person with a passion for the safety, wellbeing and education of children.

This is a casual role, with an hourly rate of $30.13 per hour, and regular work patterns.

**About you**

You’re fun and energetic with outstanding customer service and communication skills and a genuine interest in helping our swimmers and their families. You also enjoy being part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to building a thriving community! You will have excellent computer and data entry skills, and a willingness to learn our internal database system with guidance and training.

**Availability requirements**: Suitable applicants will be available the below days and times on a weekly basis:

- Tuesday and Wednesday 3.30-6.45pm

Additionally, successful applicants will be open to flexible shifts when required.
