Home & Yard Maintenance Worker (Disability) (Frankston)

Are you passionate about helping people with disabilities live in secure, clean, and comfortable environments? At Living Right Care, we’re seeking a reliable and skilled **Home & Yard Maintenance Worker** to join our growing team. You’ll be supporting NDIS participants by maintaining their homes and outdoor spaces, ensuring their wellbeing, safety, and independence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Mowing, weeding, pruning, and seasonal garden care
- General home maintenance and minor repairs (e.g., basic carpentry, cleaning gutters, installing grab rails)
- High pressure cleaning, window washing, and outdoor cleaning
- Identifying safety or access issues in homes and reporting to management
- Building rapport and maintaining respectful communication with clients
- Using our ShiftCare app to manage shifts, notes, and signatures

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in yard work, gardening, or home maintenance
- A positive, client-focused attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of hands-on tasks
- Great communication and a trauma-informed, respectful approach
- Comfortable working in a team or independently and using mobile apps

**Requirements (Must-Have)**:

- Current Driver’s Licence and your own insured vehicle (comprehensive)
- Valid Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Smartphone with data access (for ShiftCare app)
