**What You Will Be Doing**

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Extensive knowledge and experience with Windows Operating Systems
- Excellent knowledge and experience of User Provisioning (MS Active Directory / MS Exchange)
- Experience working in an ITIL based service delivery environment
- Understanding and experience of Client/Server architecture and LAN/WAN principals and operations (desirable)
