Childcare Assistant Educator (Frankston)

Our client runs an established early years learning service emphasising inclusive and welcoming environments for staff and children alike. Plus offers a place where you can have fun and laugh with children while making friends with like-minded Educators along the way!

**Typical day includes things like**:

- Making children laugh while learning!
- Create a stimulating, positive, and fun environment for the children
- Ensure learning and development are aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards
- Implement and evaluate programs indoors and outdoors
- Writing observations and analyzing children's progression and development
- Develop strong relationships with children and effectively communicate with parents and carers.

**About you**:

- Hold a completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education (required)
- Previous experience in a long daycare setting (required)
- A positive attitude to life, am a team player and have excellent communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, and writing)
- Able to maintain a professional manner in the workplace
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS, and other child safety regulations.

- $32.00 per hour
