Lead Educator Frankston

We at Kidding Around Childcare and Kindergarten are searching for a passionate educator with the experience, knowledge and skills to become a part of our amazing team and community culture!

Your role and responsibilities will include the following:

Support and encouragement of children's early years learning and development through trusting relationships, utilization of resources and environments as well as observation and analysis methods.

Follow an established daily routine plan of procedures and practices such as preperation and pack-up of spaces, facilitating children at meal times, and administrative tasks.

Work collaboratively with our qualified service team of educators, communicate effectively, co-operate productively to complete tasks, and demonstrate qualities of leadership.

Interact and discuss with families, community members and organizations daily, to grow reciprocal relationships to learn and meet their needs to the best of your abilities.

Salary: $25.28
- $38.49 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
