Tendernest Fried Chicken is looking for dedicated Opening Team Members to join our crew! We are seeking "hospitality superstars" who take pride in setting up the store for success, delivering high-quality service, and nailing the lunch rush.

Key Responsibilities

You will be trained across all stations to ensure the shop is perfectly prepared and running smoothly:

Opening Procedures: Execute morning setup checklists, prep fresh ingredients, turn on and calibrate kitchen equipment, and ensure all dining and service areas are pristine before doors open.

Front of House & Drive-Thru: Provide fast, friendly service, manage POS/cash transactions with accuracy, and welcome our first customers of the day with high energy.

Back of House (Kitchen): Food preparation, cooking, and maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards. Efficiently manage morning and lunch-rush orders to keep wait times low.

Shift Requirements & Availability

Early Morning Starts: Consistent availability for morning shifts is essential.

Start Times: Shifts generally start at 9:00 AM

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a fast-paced hospitality, fast-food, or retail setting.

Reliability: A proven track record of excellent punctuality (crucial for opening the store) and a "team-first" attitude.

Stamina: Ability to maintain high energy, focus, and strict hygiene standards during peak lunch periods.

Communication: Clear and professional verbal communication skills.

Transport: Reliable transport to ensure you arrive on time for early morning setups.
