Administration & Accounts Manager
- Frankston, Victoria
Frankston & Mornington Peninsula’s Leading Health and Fitness Clubs are looking for an experienced Full time Bookkeeper/Office Accounts Manager to join our administration team at our Head Office in Frankston.
Skills Required:
- Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Payroll (employees and contractors) and all associated duties
- Preparation of BAS, GST and PAYG
- GL / EOM and bank Reconciliations
- Preparation of profit and loss and balance sheet reports
- General office administration functions
- Liaison with external company accountant
You must have the following:
- Cert IV in Bookkeeping
- Considerable experience in a bookkeeping role
- Proficiency in Xero accounting package desirable
- Thorough understanding of multi-entity transaction processing and reporting
- Strong organisation skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills including MS Office
- Word and Excel
- Highly motivated
