- You’ve got your Agents Rep Cert
- A valid driver’s license and a love of being out and about
- You genuinely enjoy building great relationships with clients
- You’re highly organised, an excellent communicator, and cool under pressure
- You’ve got a sharp eye for detail and don’t miss a beat ???? What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing your own portfolio
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with Rental Providers and Renters
- Conducting inspections and preparing reports like a pro
- Staying on top of arrears, rent reviews, lease renewals, and VCAT matters
