Coles Merchandiser Carrum Downs (Frankston)

Overview Join our Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as relays/planograms, point of sale set‑up, pricing and ticketing. Work is allocated 2 weeks in advance. About the Role Territory: CARRUM DOWNS and surrounds Hours: Average 15 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs) Availability: Tuesday to Friday availability is essential; flexibility for Monday is highly regarded. Key Responsibilities
- Develop robust relationships with Grocery personnel
- Create and maintain quality relays/planograms in stores
- Pricing and ticketing compliance
- Work autonomously and as part of a team
- Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
- Safely perform the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements Successful Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience in planogram/layouts in grocery/retail workplace is highly desirable
- Strong friendly communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
- Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded (not essential)
- Ability to perform the physical and repetitive requirements of the role Benefits
